چکیده
Introduction: The emergence of a novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, an etiolating agent coronavirus disease (COVID-19), has become pandemic global concern. Considering the huge number morbidity and mortality worldwide, World Health Organization, on 11th March 2020, announced unprecedented public health crisis. This virus is member plus sense RNA viruses that can show high rate mutations. ongoing multiple mutations in structural proteins drive viral evolution, enabling them to evade host immunity rapidly acquire drug resistance against COVID-19. In present study, we focused mainly prevalence four types like S (spike), E (envelope), M (membrane), N (nucleocapsid) are required for assembly complete virion particle. Further, estimated antigenicity allergenicity these design develop potentially good candidate vaccine SARS-CoV-2.
Methods: silico envelope protein was found highly antigenic followed by nucleocapsid, membrane, spike Results: Consequently, this detected 987 from 729 sequences Asia October 2020 compared with China's 1st Wuhan isolate sequence as reference. Spike showed highest 807 point among proteins, nucleocapsid 151 mutations, while 19 membrane only 10 mutations.
Conclusion: Taken together, our study revealed, variation occurring SARS-CoV-2 might be altering their structure functions, appears promising curb infections.

متن کاملWhole-inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines: from fear to hope
Undoubtedly, vaccination can be one of the promising approaches to control infectious diseases such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Inactivated viral vaccines have a history of "vaccine-induced enhanced disease", which may occur when neutralizing antibodies bind to viral antigens without blocking or clearing the infection. This can cause additional inflammation through the mechanisms described for ot...
متن کاملThe M Protein of SARS-CoV: Basic Structural and Immunological Properties
We studied structural and immunological properties of the SARS-CoV M (membrane) protein, based on comparative analyses of sequence features, phylogenetic investigation, and experimental results. The M protein is predicted to contain a triple-spanning transmembrane (TM) region, a single N-glycosylation site near its N-terminus that is in the exterior of the virion, and a long C-terminal region i...
